Meet the Provider
Courtney Sinn M.A., CCC-SLP
Convenient. Individualized. Resourceful.

Courtney is the proud owner of Amaryllis Speech Therapy, LLC. Courtney is your classic small-town-girl, born and raised in Marissa, IL.
Courtney received a bachelor's degree at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC), majoring in Communication Disorders and Sciences, with minors in Psychology and Chemistry. Courtney then received a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with honors from Saint Louis University.
Courtney was exposed to many great educational, clinical, and research opportunities throughout her collegiate journey. Approximately one year after graduating from SLU, Courtney earned her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the national organization, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and became licensed to provide speech-language pathology services in Illinois.
After Courtney moved back to Marissa following her graduation from SLU, she began witnessing the extreme need for services in the southern Illinois region. In 2022, Courtney decided to bridge the gap and opened Amaryllis Speech Therapy, LLC to increase access to services in the surrounding rural communities. Since starting Amaryllis Speech Therapy, LLC, Courtney has found special interest in and has completed extensive training in the areas of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (currently waiting on certification), pediatric feeding, and picky eating/problem feeding.
A couple years following the start-up of Amaryllis Speech Therapy, LLC, Courtney married her high school sweetheart, Trevor, and they settled into a house outside of Marissa, IL, where they plan to spend the rest of their lives together! In her free time, Courtney enjoys camping, taking her dog on walks, and spending time with her loving family and supportive friends!
